I was just curious as to why "GrabURL" is necessary, wouldn't it be possible to set up a cron on an external system, or even the internal system that pings port 80 once every 6hours or something similar... Or if you have ICMP blocked, to perform a TCP Ping.
I love the article though, added it to my book marks. Will probably save it to disk when I get home. Very useful and informative... and I was worried about how to secure IIS installations as I was planning on setting up an IIS based share server for a game project I'm working with.
