I didn't, but I'm sure it contains the fundamental information you need to realise that it's useless in this situation.
Routers have a default interface to send traffic out, but I would think that at some point the return packet is going to get lost.
Probably your best bet is to have somebody in the UK fire up an SSH server then you could do some sort of port hopping through their system to the BBC.
