IP Spoofing for click fraud? 2008-06-21
Anonymous (1 replies)
I am having severe problems with click fraud on google. I can provide proof for anyone wishing to discuss this. The perpetrators can click on my ads at will (costing me large amounts of money).

Google filters clicks based on IP addresses (i.e. someone cannot keep clicking on the same ad from the same ip). The perpetrator's IPs are all UK based and I don't think they're using proxies.

Could you spoof an IP address for the purposes of click fraud? What other ways could you do this?
