I agree. Some people take security to fanatical extremes. The article is not really about securing Apache. It is about making Apache pointless to install. Instead of Web 2.0, it would be Web Zero. Guess I don't have to keep studying web development anymore, and should go out and pump gas when instead of work on my assignments.
