After messing with RunAs for some time, I discovered an awesome freeware program called SUperior SU. It creates a whole new desktop for different log-ons. Similar to Fast User Switching, but works fine with domain accounts and the switching is instant. Just hit a hot key and it switches desktops in a split-second. Also, it can be used as a scriptable RunAs replacement allowing you to feed a password in using the script. It even comes with a utility to remotely install the program on other machines.
