re Windows countermeasures: The windows\system32 folder from NT days to XP contains a file called cipher.exe. Running it as follows: cipher\w:x where x is the drive letter of the USB key (or any other drive)results in all bytes being written over with 0's, then 1's then "randlomly". Is this not sufficient security?
