As NMRC's "Simple Nomad" agrees this is one of the lamest exploits so far this year; but it WORKS 100% of the time!
The author reports "Windows XP client... running the XP firewall" are protected. This is true, but not everyone runs XP SP2 with the nifty firewall. Worse, some XP SP2 cliets don't turn on the firewall.
SN points out in his presentation.... that this is a lame exploit, but that the Microsoft developers are the lamest for NOT READING their own Microsoft Co-Authored RFC on this!!!
