My account was accessed and I use Verizon. All of my call records were used in an attempt of harrassment. Verizon still has not called me back with any "updates on the investigation" nor would they even apologize for the mistake. The police officer said I could file suit.. but they claimed the user had too much information on me (ssn#, account password, etc.) and it was not their fault. SUCKS
