The in efficiency of the U.S government with technology development is a shameful show

of "out the box" thinking, the government is capable of. I would think with 1 billion dollars

we could come up with some decent software to sort and cross reference communications.

If they can not do that with 1 billion dollars what makes them think they can do-it with 2 billion?

I would not trust any private or federal organization to cross reference communication data.

The NSA is the department to do-it, but with how the NSA is run it seems they need more

out of the box thinking.
