There will be no end to this. The goverment and many corporations in America do not possess the skills or insight to stay on top of ever increasing technology.
One thing is for sure, there is no full proof security measure to keep data 100% safe. Corporations don't so much care about their clients as they do their clients money.
There are so many ill-planned and concieved security setups in this country it's not even funny. It parts of doing business in a sloppy business plan, where profits come before security and security is nothing but an after thought.
