Your logic does not follow through, for instance while your conjecture states that "if you want to work at job x then you need chipped otherwise dont work at job x" but have you considered what happens if this becomes a standard employee i.d. in this case then if you want any job at all you are free to work and eat or not work and starve depending on your willingness to be chipped. Thats not choice or freedom, that is coercion.
