It's not the fact of why would they want to hurt us, its the question of can they hurt us if they buy SourceFire, and the answer is yes, they most definately can through snort, which hundreds of US federal systems use, we wouldn't want any risk of having that happen.

I definately think they shouldn't this go through, we're fighting a war against whom terrorists, yes, but a majority from the middle east so i think until political situations subside, we should keep U.S owned companies, especially ones that have a major part in government security like Sourcefire, in the U.S, and ownership of United states citizens and/or allies.
