I think I am the last victim in ATM fradulent. 6000 USD have stolen from my Turkish City Bank Account starting from Monday 25th of February. I have been in the US for more than 3 months and I am a student in New York. They withdrew for times 1500 USD from different locations in NYC. I have no idea how could they do this without my ATM card. If there is a skimming system, how can we protect ourselves.
