They were able to get every cent of my cash in checking and savings, deposit fake checks, and then withdraw that.
Washington Mutual has been absolutely stonewalling me about getting my money back.
I have now submitted their forms for recovery 6 times. I still do not have my money back, nor do I have any idea when I will get it.
I am currently looking for a lawyer that will help me out with this situation.
