That's nothing. I have no control over the home page setting. I have a case number with Microsoft and we thought we had it fixed by changing the registry but now it's back. It keeps going to "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=54843" which I think is nothing more than an advertising gimmick. I think maybe Microsoft has its own trojan or something embedded in the new IE7 software - this has happened to me ever since I installed a fresh copy of IE7 because I was having internet/networking problems.
