"Closed" - That's what I see when I click on the link. So where are we to go to report bugs?

Just this week (11-12-07) I have been unable to log into a small subset of sites that require cookies be enabled. I get in fine with FireFox AND there are many other sites the require cookies for login and IE7 works just fine on them. I suspect that this is connected to Java or PHP or whatever unique technology is employed at these few sites, but not at others.
