I agree with Microsoft's point. Although both are valid issues that must be addressed. Security in any form is the sum of many parts, typically the human factor being the weakest link. Bottom line though, technology can only help so much! The real problem comes down to a lack of critical thinking skills by the general population. Too many are the low hanging fruit that get picked all too easily.
