Another thing that you need to keep in mind when dealing with a university is that 9 times out of 10, their CS department will be at odds with their systems adminstrators. The CS people think that they can do whatever they want, completely ignoring the sysadmins and other personnel that are their specifically to keepo the network secure. Phun stuff.
