You'd think that because there is a potential that the Government has broken/ circumvented the laws that define who they can spy upon, that the case needs to be reviewed by the Supreme Court. The National Secrets Privilege should not be applicable to cases where the law has been broken... If AT&T provided unfettered access to their network for various US agencies without court order... The law was most likely broken and this needs to be addressed. Period.
