Agreed, nifty bandwidth, maybe they should put up a few game servers in an effort to keep kids out of trouble. Facilities are impressive, even back in the analog days. What is scary is that sicko's come in every flavor, even those that work for the gov't, the case law provides good example, but realistic and think of the possibilities for illegitimate use.
