In addition to jailtime and getting buttfucked,
the govt. should hire him for no pay (early prison time) and receive computer security consulting from him.
Why wasn't that military site secured in the 1st place? The person that set the system should be held accountable as well!
Yes it wasn't right for him to go in.
But it wasn't smart for leaving an open back door.
