Well at first I figured him to be an unskilled mass defacer but lately he has pulled off too many hacks on known secure servers such as secureserver.net (updaddy,godaddy,etc:) Ipowerweb and more.

Of course he would have to use a script on a server or botnet to do what he has done lately. Ofvcourse too there is lots of 0days for win/iis servers that will probably never be patched so I say there is more to come.
