I understand Blizzard's position, but the software they install ha scapabilities that are to far-reaching to be comfortable with. What if "Joe Hacker" figures out a way to tap into the Warden, view the data, or control it? The possibilities for misuse and identity theft are limitless. Sorry, I think Blizzard has gone a bit too far, regardless of their intentions.
