Does this mean that anti-virus is spyware? They look into other processes that are running, and even contents of files.
Wait... The governer must be spyware too! It taps into the information flow of another process - The warden!
Hold up! I suppose that would make the Windows Genuine Advantage Validation check spyware!
Let's get real guys. If it only sends reports of violations, and no indentifying details, it's not spyware. It's security tool, plain and simple.
