I believe what it really comes down to here is trust. You trust other progams to hook into your memory and watch other processes. You trust other programs to venture out to the internet to pull updates from some nameless IP. Do you trust Blizzard? You bought their game. You could concieveably return it. Its in the EULA. Don't want it...don't install it. Simple. Who do you trust?
