I don't loose sleep playing online games, but I have played against obvious cheaters and when Blizzard introduced their anti-cheating features AND explicit statement in their EULA I was more than happy to agree. Now if their process stayed resident in memory outside of using an online Blizzard application, or did anything outside of what was explicitly stated in the EULA, ONLY THEN is it a problem.
No one is twisting our arms and making us buy Blizzard products. If someone doesn't like Blizzard's EULA then they should try another product!
