The firms which I know are reading mail do not violate the 4th Amendment rights of individuals. All employees read and sign that they understand that the company does not offer privacy. To my knowledge the NSA pukes have never sent me any policy statement. Today my priviacy must be surrendered for terrorism, tomorrow child porn, what will it be the day after tomorrow?
