It is mind boggling why so much pertinent information would be placed on a laptop, a laptop!! Some heads need to roll in a major way at the VA! The last thing our soldiers need to worry about is identity theft! What is really scary and mind blowing is the fact the government, whether federal state, or local, or even private organizations could be just as bad with data security!
