I dont blame myspace one bit, she knowing went on a date with the guy, she might not of known his age, so he lied about that on myspace, that went against his TOS therefore myspace shouldn't be punished, myspace asks you to verify that its all true when you sign up, and by accepting the terms, you legally enter an agreement with myspace. I believe its the parents fault, they didn't do a good job of paying attention to her and now that something actually happened, they want money.. there using her to get money, that's pretty sad in my opinion.. Shame on the parents, not myspace.
