So the lawyer wants MySpace to verify peoples age? What I'd like to know is, how? There's two rather large factors stopping this from being possible.

Factor 1:

They can't exactly plug themselves into the social security database for verification, there'd be one HELL of an outcry in regards to peoples privacy. Plus that only covers the US, what about the rest of the world? Other countries use this site too.

Factor 2:

This second factor is probably the larger issue of the two and biggest restraint in them being able to possibly comply with the lawyers requests. Without having people go out and meeting EVERY single person who wants to visit the site in person - how exactly are you meant to verify that a person is too young to even hold ID?
