you know, its funny...

you have to have a license to drive a car,

you have to have a license to own a dog,

but any moron can have a child....

I say that the state takes the 14 year old, and any other children in the home and imprisons the parents for child neglect, and criminal negligence resulting in personal injury.

That should be good for at least 5 years and would teach the minor children of the household a far better lesson than "If you mess up, sue someone!";

it says "If you are neglegent in your responsibilities, YOU will pay!
