works both ways. Assume the feds didn't have evil purposes and were just doing their jobs, arresting the suspect in the most convenient way - when they knew WHERE and WHEN he would be.
As opposed to assuming them guilty of arresting him as part of a cover up or to prevent him from speaking or some other whacko conspiracy-think.
