This is the best thing Microsoft could do. I work for an Internet Service Provider, and every other call about "My Internet and/or E-mail doesn't work" is solved by telling customers to uninstall McAfee/Norton and installing something that won't screw up their system like AVG, Avast! or Nod32. That is, if they can even get the original crap off their system.
