i don't buy the whole "it's his own fault for leaving his car unlocked" argument. Don't blame the victim, dude. Yes, the CIO should have secured the systems, but the crime is not his. I think that the person who exploited the hospital's computer systems should go to jail for 30 years. You sentiment is a cancer that is rotting our society.
