Hmm, I have had really bad experience with TRUSTe. Problem is that whats bad (as the article said) is that the company using TRUSTe says whats "OK". Also I have had a really bad experience with them. This was some time ago though. I signed up with "fightaids@home". Ok I read the license, it said that it would use Idle CPU and that commercial processes would use it too *well a lot longer than that*. suddenly I noticed that accesses went to sites I never visited *note that it was pure luck I found this, really listening to other stuff*. Not only that it sent an ID to the sites it accessed. Nope it didnt say that it would use my network connection just the Idle CPU time, but then again I am no lawyer. TRUSTe did nothing about this. I have ZERO trust in them.
