Maybe you mean "probable cause"!! They would need that if they were going about it alone without the help of Myspace. But here it looks like MySpace was willing to allow them access to their site so that they may capture this guy. If they voluntarily gave law enforcement and Kevin access then I don't think they would need a warrant. At this time it's in MySpace's interest to allow law enforcement access to their site considering all the negative attention the site has been suffering lately. This puts MySpace on good terms with concerned parents and those that say MySpace isn't doing enough to keep sexual predator's away from their kid's. As if it were MySpace's or any other website's responsibility to do so. Parents need to realize that it's THEIR responsibility not the goverments. The internet has been around since 1969. Wake up America and get your head out of your ass!!!!
