"any software that downloads untrusted, unknown executable content without so much as my consent should *never* be allowed even on an untrusted network." You know that part where you click "Agree" after a ton of text....yeah, that gives them consent to do it. Read through one of those sometime, you'd be suprised at what it gives the companies a right to do.
