Not really the point Blizzard employee. Look, programming a piece of software designed to work as this trojan software does: downloading searching and then disabling other software based on any parameter is a scary big honkin hole in your security. Those of us frightened by this may not even play the game. I now know some talented coder will determine how to do this using either WoW's source or by coding it themselves and use it to create a viral that can do anything based on how it can access a person's box. I can not stop it because the system can not see it or remove it after it is seen.

This may be used by your company to eep cheaters off the server you use, but what if some fundie gets the code to search for your porn and disables your OS because you're a perv. Or god forbid a Democrat gets the idea to use it to kill your site because you have files contaning facts which disagree with their ideology.

This concept is a security problem that most of us can understand even if the average user of a Sony CD or your glorified chat program(WoW)doesn't.
