Now we know - it is looking /beyond/ what is necessary into areas it really has no right to - by admission of Blizzard 'We don't use the data' (but it gets it anyway!).

//That's the problem//. If Warden kept it's nose where it belongs this whole, entire thing would be a (very) moot point.

But it doesn't, so it isn't.
