Would you rather have a cancer that you know about, is out in the open, does no more than touch all of your organs briefly, before it goes somewhere else, and the whole time, you can track it and monitor it, without it doing any real damage, or would you rather have a giant, festering, malignant tumor that's completely hidden until it strikes, and even after it starts to affect you, and it gets too painful to bear, you have doctors and surgeons and every specialist you go see tell you that there is absolutely nothing wrong with you, until you eventually keel over and stop working, with no apparent cause of death?
And I'm not talking about which one you'd rather die with. I'm talking about which one you'd rather live with.
That's why this "Warden is worse than trojans hidden behind a rootkit, because it searches my PC for things that may be related to leet hax" is dumb. The potential of a visible, outlined, software monitoring program to do damage has taken precedence over totally hidden malicious code, that's currently active, and geared specifically toward causing damage to your work and your hardware, and possibly even your financial information... ...which seems like the bigger threat? Blizzard may have an agenda, but at least, their current agenda is to keep their own property clean.
