WoW's program is not a "Trojan" it cleary states that it is there in the terms that you agree to when you hit "Accept". It doesn't search your machine for anything other than programs that people use to "Hack" the WoW program and therefore CHEAT. If your a cheater, you should be caught and banned from the game permanently, period. So far the only people who have any serious problem with the WoW progam are people that have been caught cheating, planned on cheating or who are and have not been caught. These people ruin the gameplay for everyone and their punishment should be criminal, although Blizzard has chosen not to go that route and just ban the cheaters.
