I have to agree that this isn't about protecting anybody.. It is for the $$ and to look good too people who know nothing about what really happens on the internet!
PLEASE... Remember electoral candidates and all their political BS is full blown at this time. People are being punished for what they have already paid for. And some for things they never should have been charged with in the 1st place!
IT IS THE PARENTS RESPONSABILITY TO WATCH WHAT THEIR KIDS ARE DOING, NOT MYSPACE OR ANY OTHER ISP!! As for my kids, if and when they use the computer I have keyloggers and site restrictions in place amd give them limited access accounts that are locked
