Tor is very nice but AFAIK it encrypts the traffic from their first router to the next and this means that traffic leaving your machine will first reach the ISP router and then be forwarded to the next router till it reaches the first onion router.So the ISP will still be able to sniff/monitor your traffic from their first router that reaches you.Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.
