Actualy when traffic is encrypted, it is encrypted on the source and decrypted on the target system. Therefore, if you are using tor, the traffice outgoing is encrypted on your box and decrypted on the tor end and vise versa.

That doesn't stop them from seeing that you are connecting to the tor network and people reading this, above all others, should understand that if anyone realy wants to know what you are doing they can (encrypted or not).

This is just another example of why we call this the land of the free. Or waite, no it isn't.
