Actually, I read the transcript to show that the main focus of the prosecution's case was that she had actually clicked on the links to the porn sites to bring up the images. But in closing arguments, they threw out the "but if you really believe she was caught in a porn storm, find her guilty because she didn't turn off the computer". Unfortunately, they tossed that out in their rebuttal argument and it could not be rebutted by the defense.
