What a pathetic situation. The prosecution's 'security experts' evidently need to go back to school.

However, what amazes me is that even if the teacher was told not to turn off the computer, why didnt she simply turn off the monitor?

At any rate, a potential 40 year sentence is an outrageous abuse of the legal system, and I have to think that it is nothing but scapegoating the teacher for the school's obvious failure to install and properly maintain proper firewalls and other controls.
