For the bravado in Apple's advertising about how secure, virus-free, and stable OS X is, I'm not seeing it. I've personally reported several security bugs in OS X to Apple this year, and a bug I reported back in 2005 is still there. Microsoft and Linux really should be taking Apple to task on the subject of security. Both Vista and Linux have recorded fewer vulnerabilities this year than OS X. At Secunia.com, it's 13 for OS X, 7 for Linux, and 2 for Vista. Microsoft's security work appears to have paid off, though I suspect we'll see more vulnerabilities exposed as the OS becomes more widely used.
