I don't follow the logic. Can you please point to a specific instance when researchers intentionally went out and "caused malicious attacks and mayhem on user's computers"? Encouraging people to attack flaws or find problems is not equivalent. I assume from your speaking in platitudes, lack of logic, punctuation, and grammar that you're generally not a very bright individual.
