I think all the consumers that were potential victims should sue TJX. My wife and neighbor have shopped at TJX/TJMAX twice during that period and used ATM & credit cards and were NEVER notified by them about their exposure to dentify theft. But I susepct TJX couldn't even figure if their lifes depended on who shopped at their stores with credit cards or ATM cards. 46+ million exposed is still a conservative number of people put at risk for over a year's period of time! I think the feds should investigate their gross negligence
