While it would be nice to rid my inbox of spam; this bill will do no such thing. The bill is a waste of time and thus a waste of tax-payers money.

I wonder how they expect to enforce the law. Well, I guess it's not really about enforceing the law its about feeding the illusion.

We need better software and more education.
